Kaleskop is a registered trademark owned by Pretto Andrea Giuseppe (“Andrea“), an italian company operating under the laws of the European Economic Area, (Rea: VI-329139) located at st. Roma 2/d, 36070 Castelgomberto, Italy.
These Terms of Service (“Terms“) apply to your access to and use of the Websites (“Websites“), Applications (“Applications“) and other Online Products (“Products“) and Services (“Services“) (collectively, our “Platform“) provided by Kaleskop.

By using our Products and Services or otherwise accessing the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

General rules
Do not misuse our Services. Access them only using the interface and instructions that we provide. We may suspend or stop providing our Services to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.
Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content that you access. This document and the terms do not grant you the right to use any branding or logos used in our Services.
In connection with your use of the Services, we may send you service announcements, administrative messages and other information.
The Terms apply to all users of the Service, including users who are also contributors of Content (“Content“), on the Service. Content includes the text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, audiovisual combinations, interactive features and other materials you may view on, access through or contribute to the Service.
Overview of Our Platform
Our Platform provides a platform that may be used by an organization or group (“Business“) in order to advertise their brands, products and services (“Brands“) to a community of interested users (“Community“).
Below is a list of the different roles that may be associated with each user and the main entities involved:
- User
- a User is an individual or entity that participates in the Community in some way, such as by acting as an Member or Business or by participating in any other way.
- Member
- a Member is an individual or entity that registers a Kaleskop Account (“Account“) in order to participate in the activities or to share Content through the functions provided by the Platform.
- Company
- a Company is a Member that has administrator responsibilities on the Community, including posting and editing its Content and the ability to subscribe to the Kaleskop Advertisement Service (“KAS“).
- Spot
- short-term audiovisual content based on the advertising of a specific business brand, product or service.
Our Platform is integrated with third-party payment services that process any contributions or disbursements. The payment data are not stored, in any way, within the Platform.
You acknowledge and agree that: (i) Kaleskop is not a party to and has no responsibility or liability with respect to any communications, transaction, interactions, disputes, or any relationships whatsoever between users; (ii) Kaleskop does not have any responsibility to investigate or verify the reputation, conduct, morality or criminal background of any user;
Privacy e Copyright
Kaleskop provides a Privacy Policy which explains how we protect your personal information and how we protect your privacy when you use our Services.
If you think someone is violating your copyright and you want to inform us, we invite you to submit a formal request of revision of the contents to copyright@kaleskop.com
Updates of Services
We are constantly changing and improving our Services. We may add or remove functionalities or features and we may suspend or stop a Service altogether.
You can stop using our Services at any time. Kaleskop may also stop providing Services to you or add or create new limits to our Services at any time.
Use of Services as a company
If you are using our Services on behalf of a company, this company accepts all the terms defined in this document.
In addition, it will keep Kaleskop and its affiliates, officers, agents and employees harmless and indemnify them against any claim, cause or action arising out of or relating to the use of the Services or breach of these terms, including any liability or expense resulting from complaints, losses, damages, lawsuits, judgments, litigation costs and lawyers' fees.
